New Life Landscape started in 1994 with one
man, Daniel Dempsey, one truck,
one job and
one dream……. to build a large
landscape company
that could serve the general
public with
competence and integrity and
with the desire
to bring about a new image in
the industry
when it comes to the term "landscaper".
From the smallest of particulars
to the largest
of projects. Daniel Dempsey wants
you to
know that he wants to take care
of it for
you.

Now nearly 16 years later, New Life Landscape
has grown into one of the industries
top
leaders in the Texas Panhandle.
We are a
nationally recognized landscape
company by
some of the largest general contractors
in
the USA. Our roots have grown
wide and deep
throughout the Texas Panhandle
thanks mainly
to our customers that have trusted
us with
their particular projects time
and time again.
Daniel’s mantra for the company has been
Proverbs 22:1, "A good name is more
desirable than great riches; to be esteemed
is better than silver or gold". Daniel’s desire is to set a higher standard
in quality, professionalism, integrity and
good hard honest work when it comes to you
hiring a landscaper to get your job done.

Daniel moved to the Texas panhandle in 1994
after praying for a change. Never being here
before, he got here as fast as he could.
"I love Amarillo, I love the people
I have met here, they are a unique brand
of human being. Trusting, helpful, kind,
willing to support the local guy".
Daniel met his wife Teri of 13 years here
and the two are happily married with two
children, a boy and a girl. "A dog and a cat too. I should have
never started feeding that cat".
Daniel and his family are members
of Trinity
Fellowship Church and servants
of Jesus Christ
wherever they feel led by the
holy spirit.
Daniel wants you to know, in case you are
wondering ,that yes the name New Life, does
have a spiritual connotation to it "Jesus gave me a new life and we bring
new life to peoples property. "

Daniel Dempsey, has over 29 years in the
landscape industry. Daniel started in the
industry at the age of 13 with a small landscape
and irrigation company out of Coppell Texas,
just north of his home town of Irving Texas.
"I remember specifically what I did
that first day of work, I was told to dig
up a water meter to do the sprinkler system
tie in". Daniel knew that sprinklers and landscape
was what he desired to do. "I loved the sweat, the heat, the dirt
, the comradery of team work and building
something that served a practical purpose". He became a state of Texas licensed irrigator
by the time he got out of high school in
1985. He has desired to work in the landscape
industry for as long as he can remember.
" My dad wanted to cut down a cottonwood
tree in the back yard when I was probably
6 or 7 years of age. I thought, I will do
it for him. So I climbed up this cottonwood
tree with a little hand saw, next thing I
know I was flat on my back on the ground." Daniel had the desire to own and develop
a business of his own then; However there
was more to be learned before that was to
manifest.
Daniel has serviced thousands
of properties
throughout the DFW metroplex
such as the
Dallas Cowboys headquarters and
practice
facilities, head coach and professional
athletes
properties. Commercial properties
serviced
personally by Daniel include
JC Penney Corporate,
Frito Lay Corporate, IBM, AT&T
corporate.
Daniel has serviced Las Colinas
Country Club
TPC and the members course, Valley
Ranch
common areas was his second home
for many,
many a day.
Daniel has serviced thousands
of new and
existing residential properties
in the lake
wood, highland park, university
park, SMU,
north Dallas as well as many
other areas.
Daniel has even serviced the
property that
was historically marked as being
the first
property in Texas to have an
in ground pool.
Daniel wants you to know that "the buck
stops here" good and bad, Daniel wants
to know from every customer their opinion
on how they were effected by the service
they received. "You can call and talk to me anytime
I take every customer personally."
